Lesley Farrell has been a partner in the Eversheds’ competition team since 2013 having previously been a partner in the competition team at SJ Berwin LLP. She has a broad range of experience in EU and UK competition and state aid law and has represented clients before the Competition and Markets Authority and the European Commission. Lesley has particular expertise and experience in competition litigation and has acted for both Claimants and Defendants in relation to cartel damages claims and other competition-related litigation in both the High Court, the Competition Appeal Tribunal and in arbitrations. Lesley is a recommended lawyer in both Legal 500 and Chambers.
