Ms. McAhren has experience on both plaintiff and defense sides of complex class action antitrust litigations and has performed internal investigations and antitrust compliance audits for numerous clients. Her pro bono experience includes representation of the citizens of the District of Columbia in litigation challenging the constitutionality of a Congressional income tax scheme. Her recent experience includes In re Parcel Tanker Shipping Services Antitrust Litigation, which involves the consolidated multi-district class action litigation and related arbitrations of Sherman Action Section One allegations in the ocean tanker shipping service industry.
