Kimyi Chan was an LL.M student at the University College London. Her study focused on the interplay between law and economics as well as international public law in the areas of world trade and foreign investments. Kimyi is particularly interested in the application of economic analysis in competition law and regulated industries. Before commencing her LL.M, Kimyi worked as an international tax and economic consulting specialist in the UK and Greater China during which she contributed articles and frequently spoke at seminars of professional bodies on taxation matters. Kimyi obtained her LL.B at the University of London. She also holds a degree of BBA in Professional Accountancy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Kimyi is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) of the UK and a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
