Economist

Julien Pillot is an Economist with Xerfi Group. As an expert on digital revolution management, he heads up the "Media and Communication" unit of Precepta, the Xerfi Group’s subsidiary dedicated to the edition of strategic studies. He is also a Research Associate at the French centre for scientific research (CNRS - GREDEG). He holds a PhD in Economics and is a research fellow at the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis. While his research mainly focuses on competition economics and strategic uses of antitrust laws, he also published works dealing with innovation, standardization and Intellectual Property laws. He teaches Macroeconomics to certificate degree candidates at the University of Nice Sophia - Antipolis (UNSA) but also Dynamics of innovation and eco-innovation at the University of Versailles and University Paris XI, Competitive intelligence at the University of Versailles
