Julie Zoughi is at the Head of the legal department Economic law at Intermarché since 2018. She is in charge of the division : purchase, communication, sales promotion, litigation, fraud control. Before that, she was senior associate at DDG Law firm (Paris) for 4 years and half. She was in charge of the distribution activity of the competition law department and deals exclusively with issues related to distribution law, supplier-distributor partnerships and sales promotion. Julie Zoughi is Doctor in Private Law (2007), author of PHD thesis focused on supplier-distributor partnerships ("A new approach of price transparency : an instrument of protection of the supplier against supermarkets") and holds a Master degree in Business Law (2000 ) from the University of Aix-Marseille III.
