Josselin J. Lucas is General Counsel of DPD Group, which is specialized
in the delivery of small packages. He was previously General Counsel of
Leroy Merlin, a home-improvement retailer controlled by the Mulliez
Family, and senior project manager at the Mullez Family Office. Before practicing in-house, he was senior associate with the US law firm Paul Hastings LLP in its Paris, Brussels, and Washington, D.C.. His practice focused on both EU and French law, especially antitrust/competition law and corporate
M&A law in its advisory and litigation aspects, as well as commercial
litigation representation. Before joining Paul Hastings LLP, Josselin
worked in several international law firms and as a trainee lawyer in the
Private Offices of two EU judges at the European Court of Justice (ECJ)
in Luxembourg. Josselin has authored numerous articles on EU and French
competition/antitrust law. He was a lecturer in EU law and comparative
competition law at the Institute of Political Studies of Paris ("Sciences Po
Paris") for several years. He has been a lecturer in EU
antitrust/competition law at the University of Versailles since 2011. Josselin is a graduate ofgraduated from the Institute of Political Studies of Paris ("Sciences Po Paris") (Master of Public Affairs, 2008), HEC Paris Business School ("Hautes Etudes Commerciales Paris") (Master of Science in Management, 2005) and University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne (LL.B, LL.M and Postgraduate degree in Business Law and Tax Law, 2003-
2005, cum laude). He is fluent in English.
