Jocelyn Guitton

Case officer

Jocelyn Guitton is first secretary at the Delegation of the EU in Ukraine (European External Action Service). He is also teaching macroeconomics in Sciences Po (Paris). Before joining the EEAS, he was policy officer on the aeronautics sector in DG TRAD. Between 2008-2011 he was case handler in merger control in DG COMP, in telecoms, IT and media. Between 2007-2008, he was economist in DG ECFIN on the monitoring of French public finances. Prior to 2007, he had various experiences in investment banking (mergers & acquisitions) notably at Messier Partners (Paris) and Deutsche Bank (London). He graduated from Sciences Po Paris (2005) and has an engineer degree from Telecom Paristech (2003).
