Jean-Yves is Senior Counsel at Rödl & Partner.
Before joining the firm, he worked for more than 25 years as a senior legal and compliance advisor in multinational industrial companies and as a senior advisor to a "Big Four" company.
He has experience in the areas of corporate governance and compliance, competition law and M&A.
Jean-Yves is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, holds a DESS in European Law, an MBA and the IFA Certificate in Business Management. He is admitted to the bar in Paris and teaches compliance at the Paris Dauphine University.
He has authored numerous books and articles on compliance, antitrust and mergers & acquisitions, one of which was awarded the Cercle Montesquieu Prize.
Jean-Yves is also Honorary Director of the French Association of Corporate Lawyers (AFJE), where he leads the group of compliance experts.
