Ines Litzenberger is a Senior Counsel Antitrust Advisory at Daimler. She is also a German-qualified lawyer who specialises in German and European competition law with particular experience in cartels, merger control, restrictive practices and abuse of dominance. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, she practised competition law with a large European-focused law firm in Brussels. Ines is admitted to the Düsseldorf bar and the Brussels bar (listed as a European lawyer). She is also a member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht and the German-American Lawyers Association.
