Gaël Bouquet

Gaël Bouquet was appointed managing director of ELIPSO in November 2022. Prior to that, Gaël Bouquet was a member of the supervisory board of UTAC CERAM from 2018 to 2022. Gaël Bouquet was previsously legal counsel specializing in antitrust law, public law and regulated activities. From 2014 to 2017, he worked at Mediapost Holding as legal counsel. Furthermore, he advices various public or private entities, on concerted practices, dominant positions, state aids, regulated activities and on environmental aspects, in particular the « extended producer liability » in all the main waste streams (packaging, paper, electronic waste). From 2012 to 2014, he was head of legal affairs at Ecofolio, the environmental body specializing in processing and recycling end-of-life printed paper. Previously, he worked as advisor at legal direction in the “European and National Regulation Division” of Le Groupe La Poste, in charge of assisting the Company with new postal regulations and advising business units on competition and litigation risks (2006-2011) and was in charge of litigations and procedures at the French Energy Regulatory Commission (2001-2006).
