Dr. Friedrich Wenzel Bulst is head of unit in the communication and media department at the DG Competition, European Commission. He was previousely lawyer with Hengeler Mueller, Düsseldorf ; Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, Hamburg. He studied law at the universities of Heidelberg, Cambridge, Singapore and Yale. Author of numerous contributions on European (competition) law.
