François Gordon is a partner with the Baker McKenzie office in Paris, France. François has expertise in both EU and French competition law. He has in particular advised clients on vertical and horizontal agreements (including cartels, leniency applications and settlement procedures) as well as abuses of dominant position, restrictive practices and distribution/commercial law issues. He has also participated in several mergers reviewed by the French and European authorities. François has substantial experience of litigation matters, including proceedings before the French competition authority as well as appeal procedures before the Paris Court of Appeal and the French Supreme Court. He has also participated in several EU litigation cases before the General Court and the European Court of Justice. In 2008, François spent six months on secondment to our Brussels office. His native language is French, and he is fluent in English.
