Mexican Competition Authority (Mexico City)

COFECE is the Mexican anti-trust commission charged with supervising, promoting, and guaranteeing free access and competition in the markets, created by the June 2013 reform of Article 28 of the Constitution. The Commission is the institutional result of Mexico’s effort to make competition an instrument for national development. The Federal Economic Competition Commission (COFECE) is integrated by the Board of Commissioners, the Chairman of the Board, the Technical Secretariat, the Investigation Authority and the Internal Comptroller’s Office.
