She joined the company in September 2008 after completing her PhD in economics at Rutgers University, USA, where she specialised in econometrics. Prior to joining RBB Economics, Ethel worked in the International Trade division within the World Bank’s Development Research Group and she did an internship at Princeton Economics Group.
