Enrique Sepúlveda García is member of the Competition Directorate of the European Commission since 2002. He has been for more than seven years involved as a case handler in the assessment of mergers, mainly in the energy and other industrial sectors. Since 2009, he is working in the Directorate enforcing competition rules against cartels.
