Dmitry Katalevsky is an Associate Professor at the Russian Presidential Academy of the National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). He is also currently working as Director for Project Office at the leading Russian technology university Skoltech (Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology) being responsible for design of complex national level initiatives for scientific and hi-tech developments in various areas including biotech and agriculture. Dmitry has also a substantial experience working in financial and strategic consulting since prior to joining Skoltech he worked several years at a consulting practice of Deloitte & Touche CIS advising leading international and Russian companies on fundraising and M&A projects. Dmitry holds Master’s Degrees in Public Management from both the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University and N. Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy of the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany. He has Ph.D. from the Moscow State University. He is author of a numerous publications in system modeling, strategy and business related issues, a book in system analysis in management (in Russian) as well as several business simulations.
