Daniel Tricot is a business arbitrator and mediator. He is an elected member of the Governing Council of UNIDROIT (Rome), Vice-President of the Commission for the Examination of Commercial Practices (CEPC), President of the French Association of Doctors of Law (AFDD), Director of the French Arbitration Association (AFA), Chairman of its Mediation Committee and Co-Chairman of Web TV Droit & Management des Affaires [www.tvdma.org]. He has been a lawyer for more than twenty-five years, a university professor, dean of the Law Faculty of Dijon and then a judge. Counselor at the Court of Cassation and then Dean Counselor, he was President of the Commercial, Financial and Economic Chamber of the Court of Cassation for more than five years before becoming an arbitrator and training in business mediation to facilitate the resolution of disputes.
