Craig Zieminski is a member of Vinson & Elkins LLP’s Complex Commercial Litigation group. His practice involves representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court. Craig has worked on a number of fiduciary duty lawsuits, antitrust matters, Master Limited Partnership unitholder actions, landlord/tenant disputes, actions alleging unfair competition and deceptive trade practices, and other commercial litigation matters. He has represented financial institutions, energy businesses, real estate services companies, technology companies, agribusinesses, retailers, and many others.
