Claire joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats’s Regulatory & Competition Department in 2002 and became a partner in 2015. She specialises in EU/competition law, pharmaceutical law and public law. She currently assists clients, mainly major French and foreign groups, with regulatory issues, competition and EU law in the field of electronic, audiovisual and network communications. She graduated from IEP of Paris in 1999 and received his degrees from the University of Paris-I in 2000 (DESS de contentieux de droit public). She is member of AFEC and lecturer in EU law (EFB).
