Christophe Roquilly (PhD) is a tenured Professor of Business Law at EDHEC Business School (France), and the Director of the Legal EDHEC Research Centre. His primary teaching and research interests are corporate law, intellectual property law and competition law. Christophe Roquilly is now dedicating his research to the relationships between law and strategy. He has written numerous articles in both French and foreign law journals, and has presented his research during French and international conferences, for both academics and practitioners. Christophe Roquilly is leading the Legal Performance chronicle for the French review La Loi-Les Petites Affiches. He has held a range of managerial positions at EDHEC Business School : Chair of the Legal Department, Dean for Faculty Development, Associate Dean and Director of Graduate Programmes.
