Catherine Brel joined Vinted in December 2021 as general counsel. Prior to that, Catherine Brel was deputy general counsel at Renault Group where she was defining and leading the strategy group on digital connected services, self-driving vehicles, mobility services and data. Previously, she worked as Legal Director Business Development, Contracts, Advertising Marketplaces EU for eBay. She started her legal career as a solicitor with a major city law firm. She has since worked in house for several major internet players such as Amazon where she managed all the legal work for the French platform, including negotiations of contracts, data protection questions, litigations, intellectual property issues, competition and consumer law, etc.
