Jenny Joined KPMG in December 2012 and has over 8 years experience working as an economist on all aspects of competition policy, providing advice to companies and public sector bodies. Prior to joining KPMG Jenny was a senior associate at RBB Economics, advising on competition policy in many jurisdictions including the EU, Ireland, Norway, Singapore, South Africa and the UK. Her consulting experience includes a number of in-depth European Phase II merger cases, in addition to abuse of dominance investigations into predatory pricing, loyalty rebates, excessive pricing and essential facilities across a wide range of sectors. She has also advised on vertical and horizontal agreements and the assessment of damages arising from anti-competitive conduct. She holds an MSc in Economics for regulation & competition from City University and a BA in Economics from Emmanuel College Cambridge. Jenny studied economics at Oxford University and City University.
