Audrey Oh supports an international team of lawyers specializing in EU Antitrust/Competition Law at White & Case in Brussels. Her responsibilities include : supporting attorneys on EU/multi-jurisdictional merger filings, cartel investigations and litigation cases ; liaising with the Commission case team at DG Competition regarding procedural issues and to coordinate submissions of confidential and non-confidential responses to questionnaires issued by the EC in antitrust investigations ; coordinating KM initiatives as a liaison between the Knowledge Department and the EU practice, e.g., building the firm’s Antitrust Knowledge Bank as part of a select international team working to improve knowledge sharing across the global Antitrust practice ; coordinating sector-specific practice groups with secretaries and presenting at practice group meetings ; monitoring developments in law technology and law firm social media use to assist building marketing strategies ; managing internal know-how resources.
