António Seabra Ferreira is a Legal Adviser to the Cabinet of the President at the Portuguese Competition Authority (AdC). Antonio has extensive experience in competition law, both in the private and public sector, including at DG Competition, where he worked as a case handler in merger control (basic industries, manufacturing, agriculture) and antitrust (IT, internet, consumer electronics). He is a graduate from Universidade Católica de Lisboa and holds an LLM degree in EU Law from the College of Europe (Bruges).
