Andrew Foster is a competition partner in Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom’s Hong Kong office. He has worked on antitrust and competition matters in the New York, Brussels and Beijing offices of Skadden. He has extensive experience in U.S., European and international antitrust regimes, including : advising clients in cartel and abuse of dominance investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, European Commission, U.K. Office of Fair Trading and other national competition authorities ; advising on global competition aspects of mergers and acquisitions in China, the European Union, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey and other jurisdictions ; designing and auditing global antitrust/competition compliance and training programs for multinational corporations ; and defending multinational corporations in private antitrust litigation in the United States. Mr. Foster has counseled multinational corporations such as J.P. Morgan Chase, General Electric, Cemex, Sekisui Chemical, Mylan, and Travelport, and private equity firms such as Doughty Hanson, Castle Harlan, and MacAndrews and Forbes.
