Head of Competition Law

Alfredo is the Head of Competition Law at KPMG in Madrid. He previously worked as a Senior Associate at Hogan Lovell’s Madrid Antitrust, Competition and Economic Regulation practice in Madrid. He has broad experience in multi-jurisdictional merger control and filings before the European Commission and the Spanish Competition Authority. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Alfredo was an associate at Allen & Overy, and a Bluebook Trainee in the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission in Brussels, where he was involved in the assessment of State aids under EU law. Alfredo holds a LLM in Competition Law (Distinction) from King’s College London. Alfredo speaks Spanish, English, French and Italian.
