Alan H. Schwartz is an associate with Constantine Cannon, based in the firm’s New York office, he is a member of the firm’s e-discovery, antitrust and commercial litigation practice groups. He has been with the firm since October 2005. Mr. Schwartz received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He also earned an M.B.A. in Finance from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business. He graduated with a B.A. from Rutgers University. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Schwartz has many years’ experience handling all aspects of electronic discovery including the management of vendors and document review attorneys in the collection, review and production of data for various small to large-size litigations.
