Ahana Sikdar obtained her bachelor degree in law (B.A., LL.B.) from the University of Calcutta (India) in 2007, after which she moved to London and is now pursuing LL.M. (Commercial & Corporate law) from Queen Mary, University of London. She is a registered advocate under the Bar Council of India. She has keen interests in Commercial Law, Arbitration and Trade Mark. Her research and dissertation area relates to “Umbrella Clause” in Bi-lateral Investment Treaty.
