Ahmet Buğra Aydın is expert at competition and compliance law having attended numerous disputes and investigations. He has represented local and international clients in numerous merger control notifications, written and oral defenses and leniency applications before the Turkish Competition Authority. Ahmet Buğra Aydın also conducted intra-company investigations and prepared compliance reports regarding white collar crimes in order to ensure that foreign and local companies are operating in compliance with Turkish laws. He has also published several academic articles regarding competition law and international law. Ahmet Buğra Aydın has broad experience and is serving clients on a daily basis in media, IT, real estate, international commerce, retail and maritime. He has provided assistance on a wide spectrum to international media & entertainment companies both for their day-to-day legal operations in the areas of labor law, corporate law and press law, as well as assisting M&A transactions and applications made to public institutions. Att. Buğra Aydın is also currently a lecturer of commercial law at Istanbul Medipol University School of Law. He is leading the competition, compliance and co-leading the employment law departments of the firm he founded.
