La mise en œuvre du droit de la concurrence dans le secteur alimentaire constitue un domaine d’étude d’une importance particulière en cette période de tendances inflationnistes. L’étude explore différents thèmes de la politique et du droit de la concurrence dans le contexte des chaînes de valeur alimentaires mondiales et en particulier le segment de l’agriculture et procède a un examen de l’application du droit de la concurrence dans ce domaine très dynamique en termes de développements récents.

Introduction 1. The implementation of competition law in agriculture and, more broadly, the food sector constitutes an important area of study.
