Substantive areas covered include merger control, cartel enforcement, treatment of horizontal and vertical restraints, abuse of dominance, unfair trade practices, judicial procedure, and enforcement agency structure and operations. This new edition provides substantially greater depth and breadth of coverage than the prior edition and supplement, including an increased focus on intellectual property issues and amnesty and leniency programs.
