European competition law now has its dictionary from A (as in "Abuse") to ... V (as in "Bundling"). Written in a clear and concise style, each entry (there are more than 100 entries containing over 400 definitions) is accompanied by useful references to the relevant texts and to a Court judgment or Commission decision to illustrate the definition. A list of abbreviations recapitulating the references mentioned and fifteen subject sheets (access to file, fines, market definition, European Competition Network, etc.) complete this dictionary.

There is a specific terminology specific to European competition law. This dictionary contains more than 400 definitions explaining the terms of pure European competition law, classic competition law concepts, procedural concepts and even those of certain general principles of law. European competition law defines from A to Z: cartels, abuses of dominant position, merger control, procedural rules, public undertakings, horizontal cooperation, vertical restraints, technology transfer agreements, the European network of competition authorities of the Member States of the Union... In addition to these definitions, the reader will find a list of the main abbreviations in the field as well as fact sheets to help him/her better understand the main areas of European competition law.
