LEGAL PRACTICE: PROCEDURES - ANTITURST INVESTIGATIONS - INSPECTION - GROUNDS - NCA

Current developments in European and French antitrust investigations (January – June 2018)

At the French level, a number of decisions of interest have been delivered in the 3G mobile investigation (Free, Iliad), in the egg investigation (CDPO, Matines), and concerning an inspection run by the European Commission (Casino, INCAA), which is rather unusual.
