Le 28 février 2018, l’Autorité de la concurrence a rendu public un avis n° 18-A-02 relatif à la profession de géomètre-expert. Sollicitée par la Chambre syndicale nationale des géomètres-topographes qui estime que le monopole dont jouissent les géomètres-experts est par trop étendu, l’Autorité de la concurrence s’est penchée sur les questions de concurrence
