Business federations are increasingly confronted with the application of competition law. They are the ideal place for competitors to meet and are now under the close supervision of the competition authorities. This book, which is based on the proceedings of a seminar organised by the FEB and the BSC on 6 June 2016, aims to raise the awareness of federations, as well as the companies that meet within them, of the application of these rules, through significant examples of what they can and cannot do with regard to competition law.
