Remedies: The European Commission issues a revised version of the Merger Remedies Notice

EC Comm., Notice on remedies acceptable under the Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 and under Commission Regulation (EC) No 802/2004, OJ C267, 22.10.2008 The European Commission (“Commission”) published in October 2008 its Remedies Notice revising the 2001 Remedies Notice.
