European Distribution Law provides a wide-ranging review of the European rules on rules relating to distribution: exclusive purchase and exclusive supply, exclusive and selective distribution, motor vehicle distribution, franchises, commercial agents. Using case law, legislative and regulatory sources, European Distribution Law provides an interpretation of the various complex rules for a better understanding of how they can interact and develop.
