Also included are collaboration among competitors (including horizontal restraints, division of markets, and group boycotts), vertical restraints, and mergers and acquisitions (including horizontal mergers, brown shoe analysis, vertical mergers, and conglomerate mergers). Further topics addressed are price discrimination—Robinson-Patman Act, unfair methods of competition, patent laws and their antitrust implications, and exemptions from antitrust laws.
