I. Introduction - the aim and structure of this report 1. The aim of this international report («the Report») is to examine «which, if any, agreements, practices or information exchanges about prices should be prohibited in vertical relationships?» The basis for assessment is national reports drafted by thirteen national reporters, of which ten from the European Union («EU»). I would like to thank the national groups and the national reporters for their comprehensive and high-quality work. Resale Price Maintenance: A synthesis of 13 national reports
Le présent rapport, préparé à l’occasion du congrès international LIDC à Bordeaux (du 30 septembre au 3 octobre 2010) est consacré aux différents systèmes de prix de vente imposés. Ce rapport, établit sur la base d’un questionnaire, réunit treize contributions nationales, dont celles de dix pays de l’Union Européenne. Ce questionnaire s’intéresse notamment aux effets anti- et pro-concurrentiels des systèmes de prix de vente imposés ainsi qu’aux différents gains d’efficience. Enfin, au regard de l’approche récente plus tolérante, en Europe tout comme aux États-unis, l’auteur propose des zones de sécurité.
