Panel 1 - Pourquoi et comment un contrôle des subventions étrangères ? Les dispositions principales du règlement

Lise Damelet a modéré la discussion. La première partie du panel était consacrée à la genèse et aux objectifs du règlement. Les thèmes de l’autonomie stratégique et de la souveraineté économique de l’Union européenne ont également été abordés. La deuxième partie de la discussion a porté sur la mise en œuvre concrète du règlement et son calendrier d’application. La troisième partie du panel s’est intéressée aux interconnexions entre le FSR et d’autres instruments normatifs.
