SYNTHESIS
BOOK PRESENTATION:
Simon Holmes began by introducing the book, highlighting that it had been written and edited within a year thanks to a collective effort from the co-editors, Dirk Middelschulte, Global General Counsel Competition at Unilever, and Martijn Snoep, the Chairman of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets. He also thanked the wide range of authors, which include leading practitioners, academics, lawyers, and economists, for their time and energy contributed to the book.
