[GoBack.] Introductory remarks
Nathalie Jalabert-Doury (Lawyer, Mayer Brown, Paris) opened the fourth edition of the annual conference dedicated to competition investigations organized in partnership by Revue Concurrence and Mayer Brown. After reminding that this event is an opportunity to take note of legal developments and to continue discussions on administrative and criminal investigations, Ms. Jalabert-Doury presented the conference program. Ms. Jalabert-Doury focused the discussions on the rights of the company subject to a competition investigation prior to the notification of grievances, as well as the absence of direct and immediate recourse on the legality and the conditions of execution of criminal searches and, more generally, the interactions between the criminal procedure and that of the Competition Authority.
