OPENING KEYNOTE SPEECH

Anna Marcoulli firstly referred to some statistics regarding the Court’s activity in the cartel’s area between 2019 and 2021. The number of newly introduced cases before the Court and the General Court was higher in 2021 than in 2019. The number of newly introduced cases before the Court increased from 14 in 2019 to 16 in 2021 and before the General Court, from 11 in 2019 to 18 in 2021.
