Introduction By the decision made on 10 December 2015 in Onorato Partcipazioni-Newco/Moby-Compagnia Italiana di Navigazione (OP/Moby-CIN), the Italian Competition Authority (ICA) has conditionally cleared a concentration involving two major ferry operators active on maritime routes connecting Sardinia with Continental Italy [1].
