On 16 May 2014, the Moldovan competition authority (CC) [1], completed an examination of the complaint submitted by six private banks [2] concerning the decision of the Parliament [3] to transfer the banking operations of all state institutions and state-owned undertakings to the state-owned bank Banca de Economii SA [4].
