On 7 August 2012 the Competition Authority of Bosnia & Herzegovina (KV) [1] prosecuted a local administration and a provider of cable TV services for the implementation of an anti-competitive agreement that inhibited the local administration from granting construction permits to the potential competitors willing to establish their own cable networks.
