In an opinion issued on 24 March 2010, Advocate General Niilo Jääskinen agrees with the judgment given by the General Court (hereinafter the “GC”) in 2008 by which the GC overturned a Commission decision ordering Deutsche Post to repay € 572 million of state aid.
