Ginsburg on the Canadian Competition Bureau's draft updated intellectual property enforcement guidelines* This comment is submitted in response to the Canadian Competition Bureau’s (the Bureau’s) draft stage 2 update of its Intellectual Property Enforcement Guidelines (Draft Updated Guidelines).
