United Kingdom: Early Resolution Agreement in Reckitt Benckiser Abuse Case On 15 October 2010, the OFT announced that it had agreed to reduce the proposed fine by £ 1,800,000 (about € 1,162,040) to £ 10,200,000 (about € 6,584,893), following Reckitt Benckiser's admission and decision to co-operate as part of an early resolution agreement.
