Notice of intent to file an agreed order for court approval* I hereby announce that in thirty days I intend to request the Competition Tribunal to exercise its permanent jurisdiction in section 50B of the Economic Competition Act, 1988 (hereinafter the Act), and give the agreement between me and plc Medtronic the validity of an order (hereinafter the Agreed Order). The proposed wording of the agreed order can be viewed at the offices of the Competition
